Link Assembly

Track Link:
Track Link Assembly Track Links are designed and manufactured using computerized system. Track Links are produced through special heat treatment, accurate machining, systematic control and perfect inspection. They are of deep hardened steel.
Track Link have the following outstanding feature; -good fatigue-resistance under the most severe operating conditions, -uniform crown hardness pattern for wear-resistance. -Over-sized rials and massive struts in high-stressed are as for load distribution.
Pins and Bushings, made of specially selected steel according to load test results, are manufactured under consistent quality control during production.
Seal Groups Keep the oil inside and thus ensure that bushings are always clean and properly lubricated.
Assembly is essential area of great importance for strong performance in the field. E have deigned and built fully automatic chains assembly lines to meet customers' demand.

Undercarriage Components

IDLER
1.All idlers have been manufactured using advanced heat treatment processes, high precision machining and precise assembly. 2.Designed to OEM standards, and have been very well proven throughout the world. 3.Available for all make and model of excavator and dozers.
Sprocket
1.Forged or casted steel and special heat treatment ensure proper hardness level, providing long wear resistance and durability. 2.Optimized design to reduce stress concentration areas. 3.Hunting tooth design extends tooth wear life. 4.Accurate machining of the mounting surfaces ensure best performance and perfect interchangeability.
Track Rollers
1.Track rollers are forged from specific low alloyed boron steel which can achieve high harden-ability. 2.Induction hardening and super finishing of the shafts and differential quenching or through hardening heat treatment of the roller shell guarantees a rail surface with a superior wear resistance(HRC >50).
Carrier Roller
1.Carrier Rollers are forged from the excellent 50Mn or 45Mn Steel. 2.Surface Hardness : HRC50-58, Hardness Depth: 5-10mm. 3.Heat Treated and induction hardened shaft made of quality steel to guarantee resistance to wear and heavy load. 4.Strict Inspection Processes have been adopted to guarantee the perfection of products.
